CSR Philosophy

We aim to support rural development, empower farming communities, promote environmental sustainability, and invest in education and health initiatives that align with our values of integrity, innovation, and inclusiveness.

Key CSR Focus Areas

a) Agricultural Sustainability

– Supporting seed distribution drives for underprivileged farmers

– Promoting organic and sustainable farming practices

– Training programs on climate-resilient agriculture

b) Education & Skill Development

– Providing scholarships for students in rural areas

– Conducting agri-based skill training and awareness workshops

c) Healthcare & Sanitation

– Organizing rural health check-up camps

– Supporting hygiene and clean drinking water projects in villages

– Tree plantation drives in rural communities

– Promoting biodiversity and seed conservation awareness

Implementation & Monitoring

CSR projects will be implemented directly by Indo Bio Seeds Pvt. Ltd. or through registered NGOs and partners. The CSR Committee will monitor all activities to ensure transparency, impact, and alignment with applicable laws.

Governance

A dedicated CSR Committee comprising the Directors will oversee the planning, execution, and review of all CSR activities as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (as applicable in future).

Reporting

Annual CSR reports will be part of our company’s public disclosures to ensure accountability and transparency.
